TK Swann2023-08-22Quiet, cozy, and best of away from the hustle and bustle of the city with the early morning "hello" from a neighboring rooster but close enough to get whatever you need in mere minutes. I can't say enough good things about our hosts. Their patience and understanding with "tech" challenged me was welcome and most definitely appreciated. Their responsiveness to my sometimes silly questions was refreshing and we shared a few laughs with "duh" moments. You will absolutely not regret staying here. Great place with GREAT people.
Cami The English Coach (Cami)2023-08-02If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! The owner is super responsive when we contact her and they are extremely accommodating! The unit that we're in is incredibly comfortable and the AC works great, which is fantastic for this hot summer! Even though it's quite a bit smaller than our 3 bedroom house that we lived in for the past 4 years (obviously a big change from that to a 1 bedroom home), it's set up in a way that makes it comfortable for our temporary stay. The area is so peaceful, safe, and quiet, my husband and I love taking our dogs out at night and enjoying lovely ambiance of the pond and string lights. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a temporary place in Lubbock!
Frank Seo2023-08-02I spent two month here. The facilties are very neat and well-maintained. It is a very quiet and safe place to live. In addition, they provide dog care service too, which was awesome for me since I have two dogs. Highly recommend for temporary renters!
Rheba Little2023-07-27We stayed in the beach house and it was like our own private oasis. The house was clean and had everything you needed. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard, on the hammock, and going to feed the koi fish. We definitely recommend staying here and is definitely kid friendly!
paul overhulser2023-01-07Super nice and clean place and the owners are very attentive and nice. They even let me have fresh eggs from the chicken coop for free! I highly recommend this place for short or long term stays, I would give more than 5 stars if that was an option.
Yorkie Girl2023-01-07If you're needing a short term place to stay this is definitely the place. It is cute, cozy and quiet. I love that they are pet friendly. It made a difference in my stay that Sophie (my dog) could visit. Dawn and Bryan are the owners and are absolutely great people!

They helped me get into my apartment when I was locked out and brought a battery to jump my car when it was dead. 10/10 stay

When a storm came they made room for my vehicle in shelter and Dawn sent a text checking on us when the storm got pretty intense! Highly recommend!

This is the place you can call home for the short period while your new home is done being built or while your find other permanent housing. The industrial studio was equipped with everything you need to be comfortable and if you forget or need anything, Dawn is just a text away. 100% recommend 806 Cozy Homes!!!
